Under the Buy Indian Act, Circa81 Design is certified as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) as a citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma. The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is a self-governed Native American tribe located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. It is one of the five Civilized Tribes and ranks as the fourth largest tribe in the United States, with a total of 100,981 citizens.
